Our signature yoga practice at The Space that offers various techniques to promote our overall health and well being. Our yoga is a fusion of Vinyasa yoga, Katonah Yoga®, Iyengar, kundalini, breathing and meditation techniques, along with taoist theory. We believe that that combing different influences helps to promote a stronger physical and emotional practice for longevity. Breath and movement are tied together to calm the nervous system and energize the body. This practice is always evolving, and varies from teacher to teacher as we are constantly learning and evolving.
